The property is financed using Low Income Housing Tax Credits allocated through The Georgia Department of Community Affairs. The financing partners are Boston Financial Investment Management and The Reinvestment Fund.

The Ashbury has a total of 76 units and offers one, two- and three-bedrooms options. Community amenities include a wellness room, community garden and activities center. The property is also a certified Enterprise Green Community. The Green Communities Criteria requires a standard for the design, construction, and operation of a healthy, energy efficient, and environmentally responsible affordable housing complex.
